Herbaceous fennel notes drive the aromatics with just a hint of something floral.
Mulberry, and cranberry are plush on the palate with ripe tannin and good acid creating a long lasting finish.
Winemaking
Hand picked Shiraz berries with 60% whole bunch fermented on stalks. Hand plunging and manual basket pressing were utilised. Matured in French oak for 14 months.
