100% Shiraz, Certified Organic
Tasting Note
Pale salmon with a slight copper hue. Blood orange and red fruits on the nose. Clean with a balanced mineral acidity mouth feel. Guava, ruby grapefruit dominating the front palate with red liquorice and a creamy dry finish.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to achieve a very lightly coloured Rosé. Fermentation was stopped a fraction early to retain just the perfect amount of sweetness. The result is a layered, light and off-dry Rosé.
