An even split of Shiraz, Merlot and Cab Sauv grapes
Delicate with aromatics of guava and raspberry rope liquorice with hints of violets, roses and oak. The palate is light, off-dry and refreshing with ripe red fruit flavours.
The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to achieve a very lightly coloured Rosé. Fermented and matured in oak to achieve complexity. Fermentation was stopped a fraction early to retain just the perfect amount of sweetness. The result is a layered, light and off-dry Rosé.
Enjoy chilled with spanish tapas, spicy chorizo or a seafood stew.
