Tasting Note
Only produced when conditions are optimal and in very small batches. Lady luck is a rich and succulent wine made from 100% Petit Verdot. Plum, violets and spice dominate the aromatics. The palate is complex, layered and balanced with black fruits and sweet spices dominating. A long lasting and smooth finish.

Winemaking
Only produced when conditions are optimal and in very small batches. Hand picked and whole bunch foot stomped in open top fermentation bins. Partial carbonic maceration and hand plunging four times daily during fermentation. Manually basket pressed to French oak where it was left to mature for 18 months.
