80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot

Tasting Note
We couldn’t be happier with this Cab Merlot. Complex and elegant this Cab Merlot has upfront aromas of raspberry and mulberry with hints of the toasty French oak it was aged in. The palate is dominated with flavours of blueberries and strawberries and secondary characters of black olive and spice.

Winemaking
We used traditional winemaking processes including open top fermentation, hand plunging and a manual basket press to make this beautifully complex wine. Aged in seasoned French oak barriques for 12 months.
