Pale salmon in colour. Aromatics of hibiscus and peach blossoms with a palate full of berries and subtle hints of rose petals. Dominated by frozen raspberries. This Rosé is crisp, off dry and elegant.
The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to achieve a very lightly coloured Rosé. Fermented and matured in oak to achieve complexity. Fermentation was stopped a fraction early to retain just the perfect amount of sweetness. The result is a layered, light and off-dry Rosé.
