Pale flamingo pink in appearance but representing abundance. Guava, blood orange and red berries clash for prominence on the nose and continue the duel onto the pallet. A rich and full bodied mouthfeel gives way to an electric and textural acid line with just the right amount of confectionary. Flamboyant in all the right ways!

Hand picked Shiraz. Whole bunch pressed. Barrel fermented and matured to achieve complexity.

This little ripper complements Asian style dishes with a touch of heat but would also go perfectly with a charcuterie plate on those warm summer afternoons.
