The Queen of Margaret River, our Gin Gin Clone chardonnay reveals savoury aromas of almond flake and marzipan while also reserving its hallmark stone fruit & citrus notes of dried apricot and lemon-lime rind respectively.

A truly rich pallet of primary fruits beautifully encased in thoughtful use of French Oak with subtle hints of struck match giving a well- rounded and textural mouthfeel.

A long saline finish and great natural acidity both of which allude to our maritime influence.

Whole bunched pressed and barrel fermented in 63% new French oak. 100% wild yeast fermentation and 30% wild malolactic fermentation. Maturation in oak for 12 months. No fining agents and minimal filtration.
