100% Malbec

Pretty lifted aromas of forest fruits. This Malbec has hints of violets and plum sauce with spice notes that linger on the palate. A slight acid profile which is well balanced with natural fruit sweetness and lineal acid. This along with silky yet

prominent tannins will see this wine age gracefully.

Dry grown and crop thinned twice to produce the best fruit before being hand picked. Hand plunged four times daily during open top ferment.

10% juice drain off to concentrate tannins. Manually basket pressed. Aged in French oak (25% new) for 18 months. Our Malbec is unfiltered.
